A 17-person SEO agency. One AI build. Output that didn't stop scaling.

A fast-growing digital marketing agency had 17 people running on a fragmented stack - Slack for communication, Asana for project management, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4, and a handful of other SEO and content tools that together cost over $5,000 a month in subscriptions alone. The #ai-content channel ran five agents collaborating to produce SEO articles from brief to finished draft - with human writers doing final review before publish.

Live data integrations - GSC, Ahrefs, GA4

Every agent channel was wired into the tools the agency was already paying for. Instead of manually pulling reports from GA4, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs, the agents pulled the data in real time, analyzed it, and delivered it as formatted HTML reports - published to a previewable link, ready to forward directly to the client. No copy-paste, no reformatting, no report-building overhead.

Automated content pipeline - Google Sheets to Google Drive

The agency managed client content strategy in a shared Google Sheet - each row an article order with fields for client, website, anchor text, article type, and requirements. When a team member set the Status column to "Ordered", it triggered the agent pipeline automatically. The agents researched, wrote, and formatted the article - then created a new folder in Google Drive, saved the finished DOCX, added Gemini-generated images, and updated the Status to "In Review". A Slack message followed with a summary and the Drive link. The content team opened a finished article - not a blank doc.
